Broke my fast at her place, then off to Bandar Sri Permaisuri. Is came and fetched me and Wan for supper. The actual plan was for us to go check out Chinese food, but since he's late, we opted for OldTown Kopitiam instead. There goes my TomYam Fried Rice at Quan's, but the Hainanese Chicken was ok, though not as good at Kluang Kopitiam's.
After that we went for short DVD hunt. I bought a Chinese martial arts flick Iron Money (starring Donnie Yuen and Yu Rong Guang, and directed by Yuen Woo Ping). Quentin Tarantino released the version in the US, and I got myself that version. The other movie I bought is Doomsday. There aren't that many DVD-9 dual-layer original copies anymore, they're more interested to sell those Blu-Ray and HD DVD rip versions which don't have all the bonus features (except for some).
On Sunday, I broke fast with Hard and the entourage at TGIF. I had little appetite so I only ordered Chicken Fingers, with Honey Mustard sauce. I think Chili's Chicken Crispers kicks TGIF's ass, so here's my Top 5 listing, in that order (excluding those other steakhouses like San Francisco or Victoria Station):
- Tony Roma's
- Chili's (safe bet and huge portion)
- Outback Steakhouse
- TGIF
- Roadhouse Grill
